Responsible for all transport, maintenance, and vehicle based engineering capital procurement ($3M annually).

Project Manager for the Chemical Agent Sensor Project, a complex 3 Phase, 7 deliverable project with an $89M budget. Responsible for Treasury Board submissions, all project activities (Project plans, Risk assessment and management, scope management, scheduling, budget, stakeholder coordination, contract negotiations, ILS planning). Completed 3 RFPs including SOW, Specification, Bid Evaluation (fixed firm price, and best value), T&E development. Completed 3 bid evaluations for RFPs running from $500K to $15M. Managed 4 contracts including contract award, kick off meetings, progress review meetings, T&E, preliminary and final product design reviews/meetings, equipment fielding, initial cadre training, initial product support, and hand over to Equipment Management Teams. Was Project Director for a cutting edge R&D project for the development of a stand-off chemical sensor.

Deputy Project Manager for a complex major capital project worth $170M to delivery new anti-armour missiles for the Army. Coordinated project schedule, and budget activities on behalf of the PM. Responsible for the development of the WBS, and schedule for a Solicitation of Interest and Qualification activity, along with coordination with Ammunition specialists for the Ammunition Safety Review. Coordinated RFP modification with project engineers, ammunition specialists and PWGSC representatives.
