Started at Invicta Motors as an apprentice technician Sept '86, completed 5 years at college including 2 year Btec management course. Left in May 1994 to explore other avenues. Re-started in July 1995, worked my way up to master technician in 2001. Became workshop controller in Nov 2011, also cover service advisors for holidays and have also stepped in as required when department had no manager for a couple of months.
