Robert Mathias, CEO, NCC development group, boca raton, fl. 33431… brings more than twenty-six years of experience in the acquisition, obtaining governmental approvals, underwriting, design, contract negotiating, development process through construction, marketing, lease up, management and finally sales of over 6,000 multifamily residential units (product types include; garden, mid-rise, high rise and mixed use developments), totaling more than $1.25 billion in development cost across the Southeast. Throughout his career, Robert has managed every aspect of the development process: entitlements, design, construction, marketing, sales, leasing, and asset management. Robert having decades of forged relationships with “best in class” architects, designers, management/leasing companies and general contractors throughout Florida and the Southeast which adds tremendous value to each project.He has previously played a key role in companies such as Architects Impact Group “Florida”, JPI Development Partners “Florida” and started the first satellite office for ZOM Development in South Florida prior to forming NCC Development Group (new century companies).
