Manufactured products include Illuminated Signs, Displays and various electronic lighting devices using LED lighting technology. Processes include injection molding, metal stamping, metal fabrication, circuit boards, painting, screen-printing, complete product assembly, mold, and tool making. HIGHLIGHTS:+Formed: EMP Product Technology Group (HK) Ltd., a Hong Kong Trading Company; and Wan Long Electronic Plastic Product (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a joint venture partnership in Shenzhen, China.+Built a new 55,000 sq. ft. factory in Shenzhen, China, employing 250 workers.VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL MANAGER - INDOOR SIGN DIVISION (1996 – 2004)Manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations, including engineering, estimating, manufacturing and new product development.HIGHLIGHTS:+Promoted to Vice President and General Manager of two divisions, Everbrite Indoor Signs and Everbrite Elkhorn, reporting to the President.+Managed the development, engineering and manufacturing of a new line of low energy high efficient lighting products for the marine and recreational vehicle industry using “cold cathode” and LED technology.+Directed the “Licensed Product” manufacturing plan, developing a low energy “night light” licensed by Major League Baseball, National Football League and several collegiate schools.+Built a new manufacturing facility [from ground-up] focused on plastic fabrication, vacuum / pressure forming, router cutting, silkscreen printing, finishing and assembly.
