As a Logistics supervisor I• Ensured an even playing field for all Riders by enforcing an equitable share of orders to all.• Implemented working schedules that gave the Riders enough time to rest and work during peak hours to ensure all orders are delivered on time. This was done by ensuring the pool of Riders is shared and spread across all the areas with a high volume of orders at the peak time. • Ensured the Riders are up to date with the changes and implementations by the business affecting them by sharing the updates weekly through the set communication platforms.• Reduced the rider's churn rate by ensuring all riders were equally utilized and distributed across all hubs.• Reduced the delivery time of our new hub from an average of 56 mins to an average of 38 mins which was maintained weekly. • Automated the company’s logistics processes from using manual dispatch to Dispatch systems. • Started with 9 riders total and increased the company fleet to over 60.
