Responsible for managing a fast growing company in support of multiple C4ISR programs, managing programs operating across various locations across the county and OCONUS.Act as the primary customer interface, developing a strong customer rapport while managing contract scope by proactively developing strategies for dealing with potential risks. Provide subject matter expertise, technical whitepapers and informative status report to customers, in efforts to aid decision making for our Federal customers.    Coordinating with Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) managers and other technical leads to support capture and relative business development activities.  Providing strong customer relationships through responsiveness to customer needs, sustained excellence in program execution, and active engagement in the emerging technology community.

Managed multiple teams responsible for providing engineering services in support of the U.S. Navy and other government agencies. Our team was responsible for the rapid design, development, integration, testing, and fielding of C4ISR systems.

Provided system engineering services to PEO C4I supporting PMW 120 and PMW 160. Responsibilities included system design, integration, testing, delivery and installation of specified systems.Ensured successful integration of Ship's Signals Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) into the CANES baseline. Lead engineering effort for SSEE system production and delivery. Created deployable installation media, system installation guides and system design documentation. Integrated Joint C2 Common User Interface (JC2CUI) into the DCGS-N baseline for deployment on CANES. Providing expertise in JC2CUI architecture and applications to include Ozone Widget Framework, NTSS2IO and JC2CUI Widgets. Provided engineering support to SCI Networks for integration and implementation of Integrated Naval Intelligence Multi-Media Message Manager (M3). Developed automated deployment packages, documentation, test plans and CONOPS.

DCGS-N CGGS integration lead, Resplonsible for integration of the JDISS 4.3.X and GCCS-J 4.2.X product line into the DCGS-N Block 1 and Block 2 system baselines.Lead integration efforts for PEO C4I and provided subject matter expertise for C4ISR systems; to include Global Command & Control System – Joint (GCCS-J), Distributed Common Ground System Navy (DCGS-N), Ship's Signals Exploitation Equipment (SSEE), Radiant Mercury (RM), Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS), Intelligence Analysis System (IAS) Family of Systems (FoS), Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS), Integrated Joint C2 Common User Interface (JC2CUI), and Global Command & Control System – Maritime (GCCS-M).Performed site installation and system upgrades of GCCS-J, DCGS-N, AIS FoS, and SSEE. Sites included for USCENTCOM, USPACOM, NAVAIR, Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center (NMITC), and dozens of afloat navy platforms.

Managed the High Frequency Direction Finding net for units afloat during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Responsible for signals collection and direction finding equipment, managed daily operations for 26 personnel.Twice awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
