Identified critical application parameters and coordinated with suppliers for material and component options.• Designed fixture with detailed mechanisms to interface with and rotate aircraft ejection seats for maintenance. Cost per fixture was $7,500 compared to alternative of $40,000 from the seat manufacturer.
