Excited to be appointed as Adjunct Professor at the School of Engineering, University of Tasmania. Looking forward to assisting with review of geotechnical research, interacting with undergraduates through lectures and final year projects and continuing the School's good work of strengthening links between the university and practice in geotechnics. I was involved in several major projects including the Channel Tunnel UK Crossover and the Lower Lea Crossing and Limmo Embankment in London Docklands.

Gained experience on major offshore site investigations, foundation design and pile driving supervision for oil and gas platforms in North Sea, Middle East and India. Also onshore investigations including Dokan Dam, Iraq. Responsible for dynamic soils testing laboratory including cyclic triaxial, resonant column, bender element testing.
