As a manager at Stratasys I hired and built two high performing teams:• A powder bed team to integrate a key new printing technology (SAF) into the GrabCAD Platform. I laid the technical groundwork myself before scaling the team and moving into a hands-off role. This team were responsible for the successful launch of GrabCAD Print for the H350 and continue to add value in monthly releases.• An API team to enable our Partner Program through the GrabCAD Print SDK and by developing integrations with key external and internal partners.

• Worked with in a scrum team to deliver end-to-end features in GrabCAD Print such as mesh repair, full colour mesh import, self-supporting holes and inserts, and manufacturing notes.• Driven technical improvements within the company, such as our early adoption of Typescript and designing architecture to address race conditions that prevented reliable end-to-end testing.• Worked as a Scrum Master to improve team effectiveness.

XJTAG produces a test development and runtime environment for printed circuit boards. I joined as a graduate and, working in a small company, quickly gained responsibility for independently designing and implementing several features:• A high-performance waveform viewer for real-time visualisation of the scan chain data - typically thousands of scans per second across hundreds of pins.• The vendor-specific implementation of an integration with test hardware manufacturer SPEA, using their APIs.• A way of creating test projects for circuit boards without a netlist, combining automated discovery of connections between JTAG devices with the ability to manually edit features of the board.
