Had P&L responsibility of a ~$2B company focused on business teams leading Legal, Finance, Strategy, Product, M&A, and Sales to support OI’s strategic goals. OI re-organized and I was asked to build out the next role and function within the company.

P&L responsibility and general manager of Optum’s Comprehensive Payment Integrity business unit.This role was the evolution of the previous role as it grew, we saw revenue and client adoption.

Focused on adapting and shaping Optum's Payment Integrity product lines to create new methods to drive value for our health plan clients across the Nation. Responsible for leading large, multi-functional teams through in-depth consulting engagements with health plans to understand the challenges they are facing and create new partnerships to develop solutions together.

Responsible for organizing, leading, facilitating, and managing the overall corporate strategy for EmblemHealth. Worked directly with CEO and peers on establishing the enterprise roadmap for the organization's future.

Responsible for strategic planning for the Healthcare Operations business units and overall project delivery and business transformation. Work with line of business leaders and executive leadership to transform and continuously improve the Healthcare Operations business segments by serving as a thought leader and advisory partner on strategic issues and business solutions.

Led the Optum Healthcare Consulting team and their engagements covering health plan and provider clients across the United States. Managed all operational and PNL responsibilities for that team. Responsible for developing and executing on the strategic roadmap for Optum's DirectConnect technology product line.

Responsible for leading consulting engagements for Optum's Network Communications solutions at health plan and provider clients across the United States. Responsibilities included implementing and managing technology solutions, ongoing client management, as well as managing staff.

Working alongside AIM's affordability teams, I built out a consulting practice working with health plan clients across the Nation who utilized AIM’s services.

Responsible for managing a team of 15 consultants based in hospital Revenue Cycle offices throughout New York City. Team was responsible for providing oversight regarding active credit balance accounts receivables to assist in accurate financial reporting for the provider.

Worked on-site with Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center Revenue Cycle Department and performed in-depth financial analysis of Managed Care payments to determine contractual accountability.
