I had the privilege of serving as the Global Initiatives Director for the East Hemisphere and Missions Pastor. My focus was on designing and implementing strategic initiatives for global missions that aligned with our church's vision while addressing the unique needs of the communities we served.Building and nurturing trusted partnerships was key to our success. I worked closely with international organizations, local churches, and mission agencies to create a collaborative environment where resources could be shared for impactful global outreach.By organizing and leading mission trips, training sessions, and outreach programs alongside our dedicated volunteers and church members. These experiences allowed us to engage with diverse communities meaningfully.I also placed a strong emphasis on assessing the impact and effectiveness of our global initiatives. As the Executive Director at Together Ensuring Children’s Security, I had the incredible opportunity to develop a multi-intervention and multi-organizational public-private partnership aimed at tackling the primary drivers of child labor in Malawi's agriculture sector.One of my key achievements was securing multi-million-dollar funding from both in-country and international sources, which enabled us to make a significant impact. I established a corporate social responsibility membership program that brought together 16 multinational corporations, fostering collaboration and shared responsibility.We implemented various interventions focusing on food security, education, water and sanitation, and health. These efforts positively affected 85,000 people and led to a remarkable 22% reduction in child labor, impacting around 20,000 households across two districts.
