I have recently moved to take up new challenges at Holland Park School after four great years at Future Academies. I spent many years working in the 3rd Sector managing centres and areas dealing with government contracts to upskill and progress the long term unemployed back into work. Unimpressed at the time with what I encountered in schools careers education I decided to put my skills to a cause I am passionate about and endeavour to ensure careers education reduces NEET's and raises aspirations by working in schools.
