Selected end item manufacturers and domestic/Asia sourced component suppliers with engineering department. Transferred dependent demand requirements planning to supply base via component contracting resulting in a $1.5M inventory reduction and improved supply chain efficiency. Worked with warehouse personnel to reduce 28 day average receipt transaction processing to same day processing thus improving perpetual record accuracy.
