The principal mission of my position is to oversee and support Richemont’s arrangements for all areas of Physical Security Loss Prevention. In addition I oversee and manage Richemont`s assurance programme for Physical Security and Health, Safety and Environment, ensuring adequate testing of controls across all levels of the business, from sorucing, through manufacturing and distribution, along the supply chain to the Boutiques, ensuring relevant controls are cost-effective, risk-based and promote security by design.

• Responsible for the development/plan and execution of a 5 year strategic plan in Security, Health & Safety, Shrink, Incident Management for 300 own retail stores• Promoted LP to senior leaders resulting in an increased budget and Head count from initial 4 to 12 FTE over a 3 year period• Implemented new team on-board program, ensuring business learning and collaboration are structured and clear goals/targets, increased from 1 week to 4 weeks• Crisis Leader for all incidents across EMEA, communicating at store, Area, Board and Global level with follow up post incident reporting and training• Procured and had full Budgetary control of circa €23m in the area of Health & Safety, Manned Guarding, Cash Collection, new store systems and T&E• Designed/developed ensuring compliance with a third party vendor an innovative approach to Health & Safety through ELearning to 280 own retail stores across WE/CEE (Budget Circa €1.2m)• Reduction in shrink of 1.5% across all of EMEA in year 1-2, with a further reduction of 1% in year 3-4, through a Co European/Global designed Shrink Reduction Program• Developed in conjunction with CDT an automated individual store shrink report and daily adjustment report to allow the business to see real time shrink information post inventory count, to improve business decisions (from 7 days - within 7 hours)• Co team leader in the Trial/ Development and business case of RFID across EMEA, to increase inventory accuracy by 30% and increase productivity by 40% for future funding• Team Lead on a European developed exception based reporting tool, ensuring it aligned to system and legal requirements across 27 countries, resulting in a 60% increase in investigations and a 100% increase in value identified and stopped (circa €2 million)

• Debenhams PLC Responsible for 10 retail stores based around the North West of England, circa 40+ loss prevention agents• Project lead for in-store security systems maintenance and installation to agreed budgets (€1m)• Responsible for developing and training in store Shrink Reduction Programs to maintain shrink levels to agreed targets (2%)• Managed team of 20 employees across 12 sites around Manchester, overseeing the hiring, training, and professional growth of employees.

(6 Month Secondment)Driving and achieving company targets within the department store audit criteria. Project managed various maintenance contracts within the store. Monitoring the stores KPI's, driving effective measures to achieve company targets. Implemented and effective delivery structure at store level.

Responsible for the motivation/recruiting of existing/new staff members, implementing and driving of store shrinkage/risk management and Health and Safety. Fraud investigation, from initial investigatory stage to disciplinary. Store trainer in areas of support operations.
