• Implemented new team on-board program, ensuring business learning and collaboration are structured and clear goals/targets, increased from 1 week to 4 weeks

• Procured and had full Budgetary control of circa €23m in the area of Health & Safety, Manned Guarding, Cash Collection, new store systems and T&E
• Designed/developed ensuring compliance with a third party vendor an innovative approach to Health & Safety through ELearning to 280 own retail stores across WE/CEE (Budget Circa €1.2m)

• Lead Crisis Senior Manager for London 2012 Olympics for both own retail stores/VIP and Hospitality venues
• Close Protection operative to adidas VIP through the hospitality tent at London 2012 Olympics, including receiving into the Hospitality venue, during events and post event

• Project lead in the development, launch and training of compliance on line tool to help achieve operational excellence ( all store target of +90%)
• Business Lead for Business Continuity and Crisis Management across EMEA ( 27 countries )
• Lead auditor responsible for developing and training Retail compliance to policy and standards across EMEA

• Created/Developed an internal audit criteria and risk matrix to ensure all areas of policy and standards were compliant and identify improvements/system needs/upgrades
• Project lead of a team of 5 people across 4 functions (LP/Inventory control/Finance in developing a collective shrink reduction program to reduce shrink by 40% and maintain total retail shrink at 1.3% annually.

• Debenhams PLC Responsible for 10 retail stores based around the North West of England, circa 40+ loss prevention agents
• Project lead for in-store security systems maintenance and installation to agreed budgets (€1m)
• Responsible for developing and training in store Shrink Reduction Programs to maintain shrink levels to agreed targets (2%)
• Managed team of 20 employees across 12 sites around Manchester, overseeing the hiring, training, and professional growth of employees.

(6 Month Secondment)Driving and achieving company targets within the department store audit criteria. Project managed various maintenance contracts within the store. Monitoring the stores KPI's, driving effective measures to achieve company targets. Implemented and effective delivery structure at store level.

Responsible for the motivation/recruiting of existing/new staff members, implementing and driving of store shrinkage/risk management and Health and Safety. Fraud investigation, from initial investigatory stage to disciplinary. Store trainer in areas of support operations.
