As a digital communications and marketing associate, I balanced a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly routines to maintain the integrity of Benton’s communication infrastructure. This included drafting and formatting a daily newsletter that reaches over 4,000 subscribers; promoting published research, articles, and analysis; managing social media engagement, providing support to subscribers, and optimizing and maintaining the Benton website.
