I am currently a Training Design Specialist with 16 years’ experience within Santander's Collections Operation. I am dedicated and hardworking with internal drive to deliver excellence. I am experienced at multi-tasking and working under pressure. I am responsible for the management of training material and the training change process. I have managed the training design team which has involved managing the distribution and progression of work within the team and working with stakeholders to agree resource availability and timescales for delivery of training.I have a strong history of successfully coordinating and managing multiple projects with key stakeholders. This includes performing scoping and needs analysis, identifying potential gaps and risks, developing training material in the most appropriate format and managing delivery timelines. I have delivered various training packages to operational staff, key stakeholders and senior management.I was instrumental in the introduction and development of digital learning modules within Santander Operations. Upskilling myself with the digital learning platform GOMO and designing and delivering training modules which were completed by 300+ members of staff within business.During the pandemic I lead the introduction of distant learning utilising Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Santander’s online platform in order to upskill existing staff and induct new staff into the operation.I have continually developed my relationship building, project management, technical and presentation skills.
