Facilitates negotiations with new and existing vendors to obtain best possible prices. - Reviews all incoming shipments to confirm proper products and quantities are sent and meet regimented quality standards, and operates inventory system to manage stock levels. - Researches competitor rates and availability for potential new parts, and establishes company pricing for parts.- Generates stock, inventory, and sales reports related to parts department operations, in addition to reviewing administrative staff reports to confirm consistency and accuracy. - Categorizes cold-calling lists for sales representative use, and examines client financial history to validate or deny new accounts.
