Senior Project Manager supporting the z/TPF FOS OS migration effort.

MULTI YEAR PLAN PROJECT (2005 – 2009) - Allowed clients to access tools through a single HP/EDS portal and protect their Identity Management via a SSO (Single Sign-On) approach.  Currently Program managing the HP Digital Badge Migration project for Common Services and Enterprise Service Management Team Assisting the Service Manager of HP Digital Badge to find the owners of 1000 plus certificates across the organization in order to formalize scope as to which certificates will be included as part of the migration Plan Phase activities are in progress but we are fast tracking certificate migrations concurrently due to hard delivery ready date of 11/1/09 Concurrently coordinating deployments of Common Applications Logging and Monitoring (CALM) Release 2, Centralized Notification System (CNS} and Security Software for Applications (SSA) applications to 6 different regions Assigned as the Project Manager for the Common Services Foundation Project which included minor enhancements for CALM, CNS and SSA which completed its Build phase on time by 3/31/09 During the first HP Organizational Announcement I was selected to be a Program Manager for Foundation Services and created the Starting Point Project Schedule which was to be used by all the work streams supporting this new organization

R6.5 Security Finalization Project (2007 – 2008) Ensured 26 applications were compliant with the rules of access to MYP Identity Management Security rules. Served as Program Manager to rescue this project which was one month behind Created the project schedule, performed risk and issue assessments and kept leadership advised of status and Go to Green Plans for issues that needed to be escalated Insured all applications within the CIO and outside the CIO met their committed milestone dates Coordinated architects to meet their date commitments for ACS Data Modeling Training and completion of their ACS Data Modeling tasks  Insured all cross functional teams had their deliverables completed on time to support all scheduled Concept to Production (CTP) Plan, Design, Build and Deployment Gates  Coordinated System Test and Ilab Testing for all cross functional application teams

Run Time Initiative Project (2006) - First phase of Multi Year Plan Project to develop the foundation system to support SSO in the Identity Management System. Rescued the Run Time Initiative (RTI) project while partnering with the Vice President of CIO as a Program Manager due to project running one month behind schedule. Provided leadership over multiple PM’s and their cross functional teams within CIO and the Security Organization to ensure the sixth release of the RTI project was deployed prior to 7/31/06. Concurrently project managing the CALM project for a major upgrade to allow applications within the CIO to use one common logging tool versus using independent tools that were developed on the fly by various applications all over EDS Received the prestigious Jalapeno Award for my PM accomplishments in August of 2006
