Offering advice, sometimes that advice ends up in a sale and sometimes it is just an adjustment to what the customer is already doing. I look at a project by looking at what is best for the customer and not at the sale itself. The relationship builds on earned trust and the sales will happen time is right. At the end of the day I can look in the mirror and know I did what was right, what was honest and what was in the best interest for my customer. In short I treat my customers as I would like to be treated, as lifelong friends and family.
