My team was responsible for budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, invoicing, internal controls documentation and reporting directly to Accenture Managing Directors on the financial health of the contracts.I was the also the recruiting lead for the Client Financial Management Finance within Accenture's Federal Organization responsible for the hiring of full-time employees and summer interns. During my time as the recruiting lead, I interviewed over 100 candidates for positions within CFM and hired nearly 30 resources.
