- Leader of team of 11 supporting annual budgeting, monthly forecasting & results review and long range planning for all service lines and shared services components of the business.- Directs monthly reporting package with Private Equity stakeholders supporting ProForma view of financials and KPI’s.- Leader of FP&A in support of the integration of 6 acquired companies – focuses included establishing and/or integrating forecasting processes, annual budget impacts, financial system integration, and impacts to team structure.- Developed a profitability model to support visibility into profitability at all levels of the business. Requirements included development of hourly cost rates for all company employees and methodology to apply ‘indirect’ costs across all jobs to support a comprehensive view of profitability at the job/client level.- Responsible for practice management system finance support: responsibilities include client/job set-up, support company structure changes and ownership of all ‘tickets’ submitted for all company employees requiring support.
