Functioned as the logistics focal point for all complex supply problems and situations that required deviation from normal supply management procedures concerning the health of 79 aircraft worth over $2.5B. Managed supply functions, operations, and program requirements for flight line support of the Air Forces only Combat Search and Rescue wing that ensured 9.8K sorties. Conducted extensive searches for supply part information and developed and maintained effective working relationships with supply chain management entities and subordinate units with the Wing, key staff, NAF, host support base and higher headquarters. IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICES AND SUPPLY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT. Supervised and trained 18 supply personnel in customer service supply policies and procedures. Interpreted and implemented polices and directives for Due-in-from Maintenance program that provided shop ability to receive, screen, and verify supply documents and resolve discrepancies, which ensured a one day average supply item turnaround, beating the Air Force normal standard by three days. Ensured customer received assistance with timely repair of turn-in and shipment of 8.2K/$13.5M assets annually back to depot for repair and back on shelf. Training provided produced top 10% of 70 new airmen in up-grade training.Hand selected by Commander to read, interpret, and apply regulations to all squadron functions as member of squadron’s LCAP (Logistics Capability) inspection Tiger Team. Inspected and applied corrections to 1.9K supply directives which enabled the best in wing 91.5% “Excellent” rating.

DIRECTED OPERATIONS INVOLVED IN STORAGE, INSPECTION, IDENTIFICATION, SHELF LIFE AND RECEIPT of 5K line items valued at $15.7M. Applied analytical methods and techniques to resolve critical equipment issues with HQ ACC to ensure aircraft mission deficiencies didn’t hurt sortie effectiveness rate of 82%, which beat ACC standard by 7%. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT/INVENTORY: Administered warehouse-managing systems, entering physical counts through SATS/E-SS. Conducted monthly inventory analysis by reconciling 406K units and reconciled all inventory discrepancies to achieve a 98% inventory accuracy rate. Ensured that a safe environment exists at all times and safety regulations are followed. Provided all warehouse employees with required training for all areas of responsibly along with enforcing duty standards on time, attendance, and performance rating/counseling records.Lead NCO for Flight for prep of 2009 LSET compliance inspection. Vital member of Commander selected team that evaluated over 1K logistics tasks and providing the knowledge required to fix discrepancies; efforts enabled a wing highest 95.8% rating.

SQUADRON SUPPLY LEADER: Selected by Wing Commander to lead 5 man work center which was responsible for all material support functions for 27 work centers. Liaison for 1 CBCS and 435th LRS to HQ USAFE on all MSRP kit segments available to deploy/support DoD, UN, JCS, NATO, USEUCOM, and USAFE exercises and real-world contingencies. Oversees expedite issue requests for due-in-from maintenance; expert management of that program was proven by the squadron winning the 2005 USAFE large unit Maintenance Effectiveness award.MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION/MANAGEMENT; was tasked with the reconciliation of over $500K in missing mission critical equipment by reviewing and verifying supply documents to resolve discrepancies. Identified missing kit segments, resolved over 65 out of balance inventory conditions and prevented $72M in report of surveys. Ensured the quality and inspection process was accurate and established ways to eliminate cost with improved kit deployment/re-deployment procedures that streamlined the process and erased the opportunity for error by bringing 100% control of all Combat Communications MRSP’s under control of section. Erased $500K in missing assets; ensuring kits were stocked at a 99% fill rate. Established new storage procedures for MRSP segments; validating and secured $9M in squadron equipment. Left 1st Combat Communications with the #1 Material Control with the highest fill rate, inventory accuracy rate, and MRSP program in USAFE.
