I’m proud to lead the Corporate & Business credit team in Danske Bank UK. Empowered with a high level of delegated lending authority, we work very closely with our customer serving teams to ensure timely and commercial decisions that fit with the risk appetite of Danske Bank. I am an experienced banker who has enjoyed a variety of roles and development opportunities at National Australia Bank and Danske Bank.Initially began my career in retail, moving in 1998 into business banking, and in 1999 to mid-corporate banking in Belfast.A secondment to National Australia Bank's Corporate & Institutional banking team in London and Dublin rapidly developed my knowledge and capabilities of corporate finance and financial markets. Returning to Danske Bank in 2004, my experience and successful track record covers areas such as:*Working capital and structured term lending to corporates*Credit risk / structural subordination risk mitigation in groups of companies. *Advanced multi-currency / cross border Cash Management solutions.*Scale transactional banking pricing and service delivery*Markets FX, interest rate and currency risk management and commodity hedging.*International Trade lines, bonding, stand-by letters of credit etc*Bilateral and syndicated debt facilities, and project finance*Technology / internet driven e-banking service delivery*Deposits - vanilla through to structured products
