I work within Team Downer as the Delivery Manager. I lead a number of Team Downer members who are responsible for the provision of contractor support to Defence. I also manage the relationship with our small to medium enterprises and affiliates.

I worked within Team Downer as the Defence Capability and Sustainment Group Critical Systems Branch IWP Lead. As the Lead I was responsible for the management of approximately 200 contractors including engaging a significantly complex stakeholder network across Australia. I am also responsible for selecting, placing and managing HR issues relating to this.

I have an extensive knowledge of the critical infrastructure layout, including weaknesses, across Australia. I have a very good understanding on how to measure both the internal and external risks posed to an asset. this includes electricity, gas, water, communications, ports, airports and energy assets.

I established the first Defence Foreign Investment Review Board Directorate. This included centralizing previous processes into one and establishing new protocols. many of these were adopted by other Federal Agencies.

Worked to the direction of the Chief Finance Officer in the provision of Finance Shared Services and professionalisation services

I was responsible for the centralisation of seven finance centres into one. this included establishing electronic systems to manage workflow, education of the workforce (nationally spread), recruitment of staff and establishment of a new centre in Adelaide all within six months. Achieved a 93% customer satisfaction rating on the first annual KPI review.
