Even when performing fire inspections, I have learned that I need to listen to their needs and also explain mine in order to ensure each and every customer learns the reason why they should be fire safe and code compliant. Each inspection is not only a way to enforce the fire code, but a way to educate to ensure compliance remains a top priority in their everyday duties as well as the need to keep their customers safe and happy.
