-1st Sgt (E-8) Little Rock, 2016-2017 - Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commanding Officer-Advise commander on such matters as troop welfare, health, and morale-Assists in inspection of facilities and personnel to determine if established standards are met.-Counsel enlisted personnel concerning attitude, personal problems and to elicit their self improvement.-Review activities of subordinates and initiate appropriate corrective action for discrepancies noted.-1st Sgt (E-8) Waco, Tx, 2014 - 2016- Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commanding Officer-ensure the welfare of 120 local Marines, to 500+ Nationwide Marines was met to include pay, food and shelter. -GySgt (E7) Maintenance Chief to 1stSgt (E8) Senior Enlisted Advisor 2012-2014 Wichita, Ks- All equipment Properly Maintained and in proper working conditions. -Made sure all tools and equipment were accounted for and properly maintained.- Made sure all manpower worked safely and efficiently.- SSgt (E6) - GySgt (E7) Mobilization Command Kansas City, KS-June 2010 Assisted in and helped conduct one of the largest Civilian to Marine Reserve Mobilization Command (3000+ Marines mobilized). The process included identifying, mustering and screening civilian Marines recalled back to Active Duty.- (Plt Sgt 2005) Served in Operation "Enduring Freedom." Camp Taqaddam, Iraq - Responsible for the rebuild of a Ground and Air refueling station. - Scheduled and assigned manpower to cover all shifts and tasks. - Led in the design and build of a refueling station in Camp Ramadi, Iraq- (Squad Leader, Sgt 2003) Served in Operation "Iraqi Freedom." A Bulk Refueling and Bulk fuel Transfer station in Iraq. - Led, Trained and Assisted in the set-up and operation of a 1.2 million gallon refueling and transfer station. - Scheduled and assigned manpower to cover all shifts and tasks.
