• Saved the District $225,000 by eliminating the need of outside counsel for labor negotiations.

• Responsible for the fiscal oversight, supervision and day to day operations for the Finance, Plant Services, Transportation, Purchasing and Food Service Departments.
• Directly supervised 4 supervisors and indirect supervision of over 350 district employees.
• Annual preparation of $70 million district budget while decreasing reliance on reserves from 2010 to 2015 with a 70% passing rate.
• In 2008, forecasted tax rate increases of 9.96% and 7.31% needed in 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 fiscal years to stabilize the budget before the Tax Cap was implemented. 63% passing rate for each year.
• Part of management negotiating team for the district’s three union contracts. Introduced new salary step schedule which produced significant savings for the District.
• Successfully completed 3 Capital Projects totaling $27 million dollars. The last project consisted of a new turf field, transportation bus loop which enhances safety and other site work at the high school campus. All 3.

• Responsible for the management, day to day operations, phase planning and financial reporting to the State of New York for the Buffalo Board of Education's ten year, five phase, one billion dollar reconstruction.
• Successfully completed 24 Capital Projects totaling $540 million dollars. Projects were done under budget and allowed for additional work to be completed.
• Instrumental in creating Buffalo Public School Foundation, and many other initiatives at the request of the Superintendent, Mayor of Buffalo, and CFO of the Board of Education.
