As a Practice Director, I am responsible for defining and maintaining the roadmap of market transformation for a $4B multinational construction equipment manufacturer with over 1800 end users. I have collaborated with executive management to establish governance processes and policies for IT project requests to ensure alignment of resources with company priorities. I have reduced warehouse space by 15% and the inventory cost by $4M annually and developed the business process and supporting computer systems for a new division and product line for the company accounting for $10M in sales. I have replaced the warehouse management system (WMS) with Infor Supply Chain Execution (SCE) system, a $1.5M project, and migrated the graphical user interface (Powerlink) to Infor XA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and trained 100+ users on using the new technology.
