As a senior member of the team, I mentor the junior members of staff by helping them to develop their job role.I also have regular shifts as an Operations Manager. I therefore take responsibility for the daily running of the club, handling cash flow, staffing issues & members inquiries. I joined Caversham Health & Fitness to become a fully qualified personal trainer, I was successful in achieving this. I gained invaluable experience working as a personal trainer & also teaching group exercise classes. My main duties included, interaction with members to coach & support them to achieve personal goals. Conducted 'new start' inductions. Designed bespoke fitness programs for members based on assessments & consultations.
