 Managed command safety program for 225 individuals in accordance with OSHA and Navy Safety standard, which resulted in the awarding of the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Qualified Competent Person. Setup and managed the fall arrest system and gear. Educated new personnel on how to use fall arrest system and gear. Oversaw lock out tag out processes and procedures.  Set up safety and implemented safety training annually.  Managed command training program and ensured 100% accuracy and completeness of 225 training records.
