Business development aspects including bringing onboard new frameworks to the business and generating new leads. Key member in establishing the business and developed the business policies and procedures, including gaining accreditation from 3rd parties such as ISO 14001,9001,18001, Safe-T-Cert, CHAS and RISQs to further open up markets and strengthen business operating procedures and increase tendering success. Strong focus on health and safety, reflected in achieving level 3 in NEBOSH qualification for Health & Safety and Environment . Pricing and tendering of works and lead bid manager on many tenders, reviewing technical submissions, pricing and tendering experience with various contracts from ICE, JCT, NEC 3 to GCC. Programming of works. Environmental Management planning. Commerical management and client liaison. Responsible for leading the company into new markets and qualifying for various frameworks from Wessex Water, Thames Water (UK) & Irish Water (RoI). Notable involvement in projects including Crossrail, Dublin Bay Project 5.1b, Bank Station, York Street Interchange, Thanet, Liffey Siphons.

Responsible for managing part of the relining aspect of the company and also the Trenchless Construction division of McAllister Brothers known as Irish Tunnelling. From Bid management, PQQ's, Estimating Tendering, Programming, Planning and Management of the Contracts.
