Currently assisting with the raising of capital. Analyzed and assisted with the structure, placement and reinsurer credit analysis of a per occurrence catastrophe coverage for a residential property insurance company

CEO of start up Program Administrator and Managing General Underwriter Secured funding for the start-up and co-founded the company in 2015 - focused on developing low value residential property products, within Texas and other “hurricane” exposed territories. The company operates as a “virtual MGU” with joint ventures utilized to provide claims settlement, IT, distribution and full business process outsourcing. Current product line consists of residential property coverage in several states.

Initially worked as consultant in this role. Responsible for underwriting profitability and production of both retail agency portfolio and also MGA/MGU delegated product distribution. Casualty products ranged from large construction WRAPs, Aviation and Product Liability as well as standard admitted personal and commercial casualty business.
