Work experience; Generic intake worker, specialising in mental health; staff development and training officer for mental health; group leader/lecturer on the NW training consortium, Manchester and Staffordshire Universities. Seconded to the department of Health; Member of the Mental Health Act Advisory Committee; National Confidential Inquiry Steering Group as well as providing keynote speeches to National conferences on Social Care.
