I've got 21 years experience in the manufacturing industry, I started as a 18 year old apprentice at Sealeck Doors and Windows by 2004 I was a supervisor of the Final Door assembly area. At this time the company decided to get an automated Finn power turret machine where I was lucky enough to learn the machine first then was asked to do the Programming. This role was a great learning curve and the hours I put into this role were worth every minute. The company grew so fast everyone did extra I gained stream lining experience, Plant process experience,. I was also the Production Scheduler where I gained experience in lead times and labour requirements. In 2015 I become Production Manager at ARA Manufacturing this role was changeling and rewarding and I learnt how tough People management could be. I'm ready for a new challenge I've sat back watching the world go by for long enough. I can't change anything by doing nothing and I want to be part something that helps change the next generations mind set.
