Providing servies for Johnson & Johnson consumer products group on behalf of Endeavor Consulting Group:• Interface with business partners and vendors to support graphics updates as well as subsequent packaging component, packaging graphic, and finished product specification updates.• Coordinate approvals from various sectors of specification and change control documents.• Author change control support documentation for packaging component and graphics updates.• Request, assign, and approve associated packaging component RMCs through SAP software.• Coordinate with graphics agencies to ensure correct changes are met on artwork proofs.• Coordinate and analyze packaging test plans using ASTM methods, including test plans for new shippers, labeling, inner pack configurations, and shrink banding

• Test, analyze and qualify packaging systems. Ensure all ship tests have been conducted and all appropriate documentation is completed and sent to clients (test reports, qualification summaries, specifications, etc.)• Communication with clients to ensure appropriate deadlines are met• Conduct and report ISTA, ASTM, TAPPI, and UN / HazMat testing.• Evaluate test materials and write final test reports.• Contribute to testing and engineering schedules and plans.• Management and supervision of technicians throughout projects and testing• Ensuring equipment calibration and testing body certifications are up to date• Troubleshoot and repair test equipment (environmental chambers, compression tables, etc.)
