• Working as a member of the Linkt Web team, my role was to improve customer experiences on the retail and account management parts of the website. This included:
• Redesigning the Linkt transactional account website, where users manage their accounts and everything to do with toll travel.
• Developing products that enhance the user experience of the website, using customer feedback from research groups and analytical programs. These address existing user needs and problems, creating a product that solves.
• Delivering designs ready for development, working between multiple teams in an Agile workplace to ensure that nothing is left behind.
• Creating animations for situational use, guiding the user and enhancing the experience.
