Started as assistant manager and within 6 weeks promoted to club manager. My duties were to make sure the gym ran at top peak to maintain our 99,000 EFT a month and 6,800 members. I had 13 employees who I trained with tours, membership, phone calls and customer service. I fixed machines, cleaned everything, did payroll, and reports, had monthly inspections from my regional manager that I had to pass. As well a once a year corporate inspection. To be honest you name it and I did it and I loved it.
