Robert McVicar, a founding Partner of Acumen Global Partners has over 20 years of consulting experience, working with all levels from senior executives, boards, line managers, SME’s and NGOs in the areas of organizational change, leadership development, executive coaching, and mentoring. Predominantly services are directed to senior leaders and management on larger scale complex change initiatives. From experience drawn from consulting assignments, driven by strategic change, culture, and leadership imperatives Robert has developed a skill in creating large-scale, longitudinal programs of work that support systemic change. He has worked across multiple industries, with a primary focus in recent years in mining, energy, and engineering-related organizations.
