Incorporated into this mission is our goal to combat community deterioration in the City of Pittsburgh and other economically distressed areas of Pennsylvania.During his 15 years at PGC and his previous 14 years as a developer and manager of business incubation programs, Dr. Meeder has contracted with universities and government organizations in 31 U.S. States and 9 Countries (Australia, Hungary, Canada, Sweden, Japan, Slovenia, Northern Ireland, Croatia, and France). He has raised more than $670 million in grant funding from federal, state, and local governments and corporate and philanthropic organizations to advance the development work of his Organizations’ clients.
