- Design and delivery of Internal Audit programs for critical business processes (financial reporting, payroll, order to cash, procure to pay) and key customer accounts (NSW Government, University of Sydney, Eastern Health, ACT Health, Melbourne Airport, Citic Pacific). - Management of external audit investigation of payroll and work rights for a major client.- Fraud investigations: o Middle management/ subcontractor fraud; o Payroll; o Conflicts of interest.- Founding member of local risk management committee, identifying and coordinating responses to key business risks and developing a company risk management framework.- Member of global internal audit leadership group, setting strategy for internal audit and ensuring suitability of global plans in local contexts.

- Primary responsibility for the financial reporting of two high performing operating divisions (approx. $200m in revenue) – Government Cleaning Division and Route-Based Division (pest control & washroom services).- Management of financial reporting and general finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, debt collection, bank and general ledger control via a team of twelve direct and indirect reports.- Budget preparation and assistance in communications and negotiations with executive and global management. Preparation of statutory financial reporting and other local external reporting requirements. - Short term secondment to Anticimex Pty Ltd to facilitate the successful divestment of the Route-Based business for ISS. Key responsibilities included the managing of local due diligence and acquisition audit procedures for Anticimex.- Partnered with the General Manager of the Government Cleaning Division to maximise profitability from the largest ISS contract in the Southern Hemisphere (NSW Government), through analysis and performance measures associated with efficiency requirement clauses.- Developed consolidated national account reporting framework to improve debtors’ management for key customers in the Route Based Division.

- Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reporting packs for global and local management, managing a team of two local accountants and directing five regionally based finance managers. - Performed the financial due diligence and accounting for the acquisition of a cleaning company in the Australian Capital Territory.- Oversaw the creation and expansion of a centralised purchasing function.

- Managed external financial statement audits and other assurance services for various companies in the services, healthcare and IT sectors (including ISS Facility Services Pty Ltd). Prepared audit programs based on professional risk assessments, and ensured implementation and completion of controls based and substantive testing in accordance with local and relevant international accounting and auditing standards. Managed client expectations in delivery and costs of audit procedures, and provided guidance on accounting matters and improvement opportunities.- Involved in due diligence procedures for ISS acquisition of Tempo group.- Undertook short term secondment opportunity to KPMG London office, gaining experience in UK GAAP and business culture. - Key Clients included ISS Facility Services Pty Ltd, Multiplex Australia, Fujitsu Australia, Cochlear Ltd, Pfizer Australia, Meridian Hotels Group, and Australian National Audit Office.
