• Examine legal documents such as Deeds, Mortgages/Deeds of Trusts, Easements, Judgments, Assessments, Liens, Plat Books, Agreements, etc.
• Locate ownership of particular properties and examine the properties Legal Description, Restrictions, and Encumbrances.
• Analyze chain of title, to accurately prepare an abstract of all legal instruments/documents attached to the property.
