The Group Leader has functional management of over 70 regular and contract Work Execution Superintendents. Work with a variety of customers (Construction Management, Maintenance Management, ASM, Craft Shops, and Heavy Equipment Roads & Grounds) to provide the appropriate work execution skill sets. Experienced in maintenance, construction and high hazard work activities. Coordinate with Maintenance and Construction to manage weekly and long range craft and superintendent work schedules. Provide consistency in craft supervision. Work with other managers and superintendents in the performance of their duties to include problem solving, work mentoring, lessons learned.Logistics Resource Manager - Manage over 300 craft resources. Provide trained and ready manpower to execution management.
