Design & Development Strategy: Keeping the company’s identity and brand up to date with the latest design trends and technologies. Creating new products to assist with revenue growth. Created a CMS to reduce production time.Product Expert: Speaking with clients about Healthcasts offerings and how to incorporate their programs & materials on our network for Physicians to experience. Clients include pharmaceutical companies and educational university partners.Product Reach: Working with external development teams to build Applications for Mobile Devices (iOS, Android, Kindle) and Smart TV / Digital Media Players (Roku, TiVo, Yahoo!, Samsung, LG). Constantly keeping up to date with growing platforms and researching it’s potential for Healthcasts.Creative Budgeting: Balancing a yearly budget to handle external staff resourcing, product development, and software.Management: Leading a team of 4 web / application developers and 2 designers. Our team handles multiple department’s daily requests and projects. Manage project timelines and deliverables, Interviews candidates for open positions within the Creative & IT Departments.
