• Mainly coordinates New Product Introduction/Transfer from other Gemalto sites to ensures that all materials, products are acceptable within company specs and compliant to all standard• Perform New Product Industrialization/Qualification on all cardbody structures and options material such as signature panels, holograms, magstripes, and other foil materials used in Gemalto Card Production.• Perform evaluation on new product and technology before releasing/deploying to production to ensure that there’s no issues and smooth production run will be attainable.• Liaise with Customer Service worldwide to all card offers with regards to customer needs and ensuring that all the customer demands and specifications are met before the orders coming in to Singapore plant for card production. • Coordinates with business marketing, planning team, and purchasing on the business needs to ensure that proper planning of production is achievable.• Prepare samples if needed to all payment scheme such as VISA, MASTERCARD, GIE(French Banking Scheme), Diners… etc.for certifications.• Plan/Coordinates with production, planning, quality and engineering team for the qualification schedule to align with the business need for the new products.• One of key custodians in Gemalto who is responsible for customer keys import and export.• Perform New Product Industrialization/Qualification on leadframe, chips, epoxy and other material used in Gemalto Module Assembly.• Perform evaluation on machines transfer and new technology deployment before releasing to production to ensure that there were no issues and smooth production run will be attainable.• Upload and Generate if necessary Perso Application script. (.app file) based on customer specification then upload for production used after customer validation to ensure that production line will run smoothly according to customer demand and planning.• Die Attached Process Assistant Engineer for three months.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for different issues under my product and line responsibilities on Communication Power Business Unit.Responsible for yield improvement. Verify low yielding lots and provide solutions to meet the acceptable yield.Investigate QA Failures and work for resolutions to attain zero PPM level.Offline and online debugging of defective hardwares.Correlate newly build hardwares.Document procedural process that will help improve set-up availability.Maintain high availability of products running under line assignment.Work with System Engineers to eliminate system limitation production set-ups.Work with Failure Analysis Group and Primary Engineer to provide resolutions for customer returns.Coordinate with Hardware Maintenance, Hardware Laboratory and Hardware Lay-out groups to achieve much better presentation and performance of hardwares.Coordinate with Equipment Engineers to achieve optimum handler performance during production run.Train/Work with one of the EA on how fix/identify hardware problem and to support assigned product performance.Checks and validates information on Request for Set-up (RFS) prior to device set-up.

COMPANY: NSB Engineering 2 (on-site-Maxim Philippines)Software Used for Design: PADS SoftwareEssential duties and responsibilities include the following: Perform Checking, Redrawing and Analysis of schematic diagram which will be use for the design and layout on PCB, create CAE, Parts and Decal for the Library, component placement, generate gerber file and pcb routing. Communicate with the responsible engineers regarding the schematic and layout concerns specifically design rules. Previously involved in board repair and build assigned hardware to used for production.
