Responsible for managing: Office 365 user accounts: Onboarding and off boarding of user accounts. Also managed the permissions that each employee received.Exchange Online: Our web server, using the Microsoft O365 model. Mystery Shopper Form Logic: We used the 3rd party application called Sassie. It was a web based form creator. It came equipped with configurable logic which required knowledge of JavaScript.Form creation: Creating the base mystery shopping surveys in Sassie.Computer Maintenance: Troubleshoot remotely for any problems staff would encounter. Would also do hardware repairs when needed.SQL server/database: SQL Server lived in the Azure virtual environment. Would maintain and ensure smooth operations of our SQL database. Ensured Data Imports ran correctly and completely daily. Was responsible for security and adding/revoking accounts.FTP server: Responsible for account creation and revoking permissions. Ensured the FTP server was operational.
