Coordinate construction work orders with outside contractors. • Coach technicians to improve performance and efficiency. Evaluate and follow up with technicians jobs to ensure that the highest quality customer experience is provided. Keep teams informed of goals and ideas through daily tailgate meetings. • Work to control budget expenses: order tools and supplies for technicians, pay local bills as needed. • Handling customer complaints
