Completed move away from retail pharmacy and move into management services of controlled entities. Management of 200,000 sq feet of industrial buildings in 4 project.Movement of capital into Bryant Ranch Prepack which has proven to be an excellent move.

Provided operations support and management for a 12 store retail drug chain. Implemented technology in all 12 stores include first "Pharmacy" systems. Computerize distribution of Ostomy product which lead our San Francisco stores operating under the brand of Bowermans pharmacies to become the largest provider of Ostomy supplies in North California. Gradually reduced store count as economics of the corner pharmacy became unattractive.
