Mr. Messina began his numerous entrepreneurial endeavors in 1977 starting a logging and wood chipping company in Vermont, Green Mountain Tree Farming Inc. In 1981, he started Tropic Treasures Inc., growing aloe vera and tropical fruits in Florida and Belize. After moving to New York in 1983, Mr. Messina invested in and joined a credit card processing company, First Charge Services Inc., as well as a telecommunications company Wintel Communications Inc., which focused on providing (thru Willtel) carrier direct services to businesses. In 1993, Mr. Messina started a sales organization, Technical Enterprises Inc. and developed sales of nutraceuticals and ozone water purification systems. In 1995, as a result of his efforts to bring his products to Japan he met Kiyoshi Masuda, who headquartered in the Empire State Building and invited him to work together to bring to market a new technology for diagnosing coronary heart disease and as partners, formed International Heart Diagnosis Instruments Inc. In 2001, he began doing consulting for tax and asset protection strategies. In 2003, Mr. Messina started Interactive Healthcare, devoted to distributing innovative diagnostic and treatment modalities to complementary medicine physicians. In 2011, Mr. Messina founded Green Desert LLC, which is a stakeholder in Sea & Land Global Group S.A., that performs satellite and other exploration services to the oil and minerals industries.
