In this recent role, I am responsible for spearheading varied projects from initiation to successful completion within set deadlines and budgetary constraints. Determine requirements (contractual and system), define the architecture, and set up the interfaces between components. I provide effective support to team in a smooth transition of responsibility to installation and commissioning. Collaborate with relevant vendors, subcontractors, and outsourcing departments in line company needs and objectives.
