I am a seasoned hands-on Facilities Management professional with over 30 years’ experience. Managers and colleagues would describe me as an individual who is resourceful, proactive, positive, considerate and driven. These attributes have fueled my lifelong passion for helping people in the workplace. I have been fortunate to work for two Fortune 500 companies in the past where my accomplishments included managing facilities projects for a portfolio of 135 buildings; project managed the integration of a CMMS and maintenance program for a portfolio of 650 buildings, served as a Director of Facilities and participated as a partner in the organization of a start-up building services company and a start-up project management company.My areas of expertise include: Facilities Management, Capital Project Administration, Space Planning, Personnel Moves, Preventive Maintenance, Business Continuity, CMMS and IWMS Systems.I have attained the Certified Facility Manager designation from IFMA, and am now working towards my PMP Certification with the Project Management Institute.
