As the Global Digital Presence & IoT Manager I'm in charge of driving and supporting Nestlé’s Digital and eCommerce 2018 vision, running the Digital Presence & IoT Services pillar of the Digital Services Units. I have the End-to-End ownership of DSU Service and Solutions in the area of Web Content Management Systems, Mobile Application, and IoT, including Design&Build, Deploy&Sustain services. In addition, I am responsible for driving full alignment and integration of all existing and each new solution across the DSU digital roadmap, fully owning the P&L of the service and its commercial success.

- Lead the Operation Support function of the Nestle GLOBE Web Services Unit - Provide end-to-end services and support to Nestle eCommerce, corporate websites and the many Nestlé branded websites - 3rd party supplier management - Budget planning, monitoring and reporting

Data Center Manager Europe - Operations of all European Nestlé GLOBE Data Centers (in Germany and in Switzerland) - Including operational responsibility for all GLOBE Data Centers during the European daytime (“Follow The Sun” support model) - 3rd party supplier management - Investment Budget planning, monitoring and reporting

Responsible for the 2nd level W2k Workstation support, Software distribution, Software packaging, Systems Management in Europe
